Ford Cummins Engine to transmission Adapters
Ford Cummins engine to transmission Adapter Plates: $699 (ZF 6spd-$799)
Ford Cummins Conversion Adapter, Ford Diesel: allowing a Cummins engine to bolt to a Ford diesel bolt pattern on manual and automatic transmissions: ZF 5spds & ZF 6spds; E4OD, 4R100 and C6 automatics; as well as, T19 & T18 4spd manuals. The key for the transmission is depth of bellhousing allowing the Dodge flywheel and clutch.
Ford Cummins Conversion Adapter, Ford 460 Gas: allowing a Cummins engine to bolt to a Ford 460 bolt pattern on manual and automatic transmissions, ZF 5 spds, E4OD automatics, T19 & T18 4spd manuals. The earlier NewProcess transmissions do not have enough length on the input shaft to allow for the Dodge flywheel and clutch. The result is the clutch hits on the bellhousing.
Pilot Bushings $20
These are oil-lite bushings cut to fit the Dodge flywheel and the Ford ZF input shaft.

Automatic Transmission Controllers
If you are using an electronic overdrive transmission (E4OD or a 4R100) it will need a stand-alone controller to shift. (not needed for the automatic transmissions that were behind the non- Powerstroke Ford diesel as they have their own stand-alone controller.) The controller for these Ford transmissions run $895 when bought with our adapters.
If you are using the 5R110 TorqShift automatic that comes behind the 2003 and newer Ford 6.0 PowerStroke, you will need a stand-alone controller as well. The controller for the 5R110 TorqShift runs $1090.
